Next Level Coaching · Professional conversation

Build a Realtor partnership process that earns trust before it asks for referrals.

A Next Level Coaching consultation helps professionals assess partner fit, client-service standards, and referral guardrails. It focuses on process, not promised production, compensation, placement, or loan outcomes.

Educational coaching, recruiting, and partnership conversation only—not lending, legal, compliance, employment, or earnings advice.

01

Start with partner fit, not a referral target

Start with a clear reason to work together. Compare clients served, communication, workflow, and consumer-experience standards. Ask where clients lose momentum, what information is needed early, and how each party will set next steps. Cultivating Centers of Influence (CCI) is reciprocal professional trust over time, not an obligation to send business. A shared service plan is more useful than a vague promise to refer.

02

Turn shared standards into a working operating plan

Define introductions, consent before sharing information, response times, milestone updates, and handoffs when a relationship is not a fit. Decide which education may be joint, who owns each task, and how questions are routed. Record the activities, audience, cost allocation, and results. Review the plan regularly rather than relying on personal connection.

03

Keep value creation separate from referral compensation

For federally related mortgage loans, Regulation X prohibits a fee, kickback, or other thing of value for a settlement-service referral. The rule reaches more than cash, and a pattern can evidence an agreement. Payment for bona fide goods, facilities, or actual services may be permitted only when reasonably related to value delivered, not referral value or volume. Co-marketing and educational activity need fact-specific review. Use company compliance and qualified counsel for a proposed arrangement.

04

Make every joint activity easy to explain

Before a workshop, sponsorship, ad, rental, or marketing-services agreement, ask: What service or audience value is provided? Is the cost supportable at market value? Is anyone rewarded or pressured to steer business? Could a consumer and compliance reviewer understand it? Preserve the proposal, invoices, proof of performance, and approvals. A valuable relationship needs no hidden economics or referral quota.

05

Use a consultation to choose the next right step

A recruiting consultation can map your partner network, identify high-fit opportunities, and test whether your process supports useful education and follow-through. Bring client questions, current outreach, and compliance requirements. A seven-figure production goal is an aspiration, not a forecast, representation, or income guarantee. The aim is an informed decision about your relationship strategy.

The next step

Request a Realtor Growth Partnership Consultation to assess partner fit, process, and questions for authorized review.

Optional reply request

Ask for a reply before scheduling.

Share only the contact details needed for the team to respond. This stores a reply request; it is not a mortgage application, a financial-document upload, or a marketing subscription.

Questions, answered clearly

Know the boundary before you choose a time.

Can a mortgage professional pay a Realtor for referrals?

Not for referrals of settlement-service business involving a federally related mortgage loan. Regulation X says a referral is not a compensable service. Limited payment for bona fide goods, facilities, or actual services may be permitted when the facts support it. Have compliance and qualified counsel review a proposed payment or incentive.

Is co-marketing automatically compliant?

No. A label does not decide compliance. The actual service, audience value, cost allocation, payment amount, and implementation matter. Compensation tied to referrals or above reasonable service value can create risk. Obtain required internal review before launching an arrangement.

What should I bring to a Realtor growth consultation?

Bring your ideal-client description, current professional relationships, proposed education or events, follow-up workflow, and governing policies. The conversation can clarify partner-fit criteria and next steps; it is not legal advice, an employment offer, or a promise of compensation or production.
